Romantic Moments in the City
super clean room perfect water
My heart fluttered as i entered the room, its cleanliness was perfect. the bath tub offered moments of pure bliss, a perfect way to unwind after exploring the city. water pressure was also perfect. Warm water felt warm.
i cannot think of a single disappointment , everything felt so well-prepared.

smooth stay close to transport
efficient arrangement easy communication super clean room
i appreciated joseph from concierge for efficiently arranging our taxi to the airport communication was easy. hua the room cleaner always greeted us with a smile the room was super clean. its location next to the mall and train station was very convenient for us
i found that pre-arrival registration did not streamline the check-in process there was no robot as instructed. i needed to check in at the counter again after showing the qr code it was not a smooth experience

a decent stay overall
hotel location convenient shopping access clean room ineffective registration non-existent robot inconvenient lift
The hotel connects directly to a mall. This is very convenient. you can access shopping and dining without going outside. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.
The pre-arrival registration was not very effective, it stated i could scan a qr code with a robot, but there was no robot at the lobby. the lift only goes up to level 18. My room was on level 19. i had to walk up the stairs with my luggage.

convenient stay linked to shopping
excellent location direct access simple convenience
the location was excellent. it was easy to access the shopping mall directly from the hotel. i appreciated the direct access to the mtr station. these connections made getting around quite simple and convenient.
the elevator system required scanning your room card and this created occasional delays. it seemed a bit redundant since staff also checked room numbers before allowing access. this process slowed things down especially during peak hours.
