i appreciated joseph from concierge for efficiently arranging our taxi to the airport communication was easy. hua the room cleaner always greeted us with a smile the room was super clean. its location next to the mall and train station was very convenient for us
i found that pre-arrival registration did not streamline the check-in process there was no robot as instructed. i needed to check in at the counter again after showing the qr code it was not a smooth experience

The hotel connects directly to a mall. This is very convenient. you can access shopping and dining without going outside. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.
The pre-arrival registration was not very effective, it stated i could scan a qr code with a robot, but there was no robot at the lobby. My room was on level 19. i had to walk up the stairs with my luggage.

the location was excellent. it was easy to access the shopping mall directly from the hotel. i appreciated the direct access to the mtr station. these connections made getting around quite simple and convenient.
it seemed a bit redundant since staff also checked room numbers before allowing access. this process slowed things down especially during peak hours.
